1-800-GOT-JUNK? is the world's largest junk removal service with over 300 franchise partners around the world, and one of the fastest growing business in North America. Recently they turned the Plank to completely revamp the look of their website.

1-800-GOT-JUNK? felt their site's look was outdated and was costing them customers. They needed the site to be more modern, and to focus customers' attention to booking their junk removal online. There were additional challenges as well; they needed the site to have multiple country and language versions, and they were looking to streamline the entire online booking process to make it easier for their customers.

Plank took all of these marketing goals and made them a reality. We modernized the look of the site, focusing the company's marketing message on booking online. We took an in-depth look at their booking process, and helped 1-800-GOT-JUNK? implement a series of steps to make it more user-friendly and faster. We have created a superb Flash animation for the site which will be launched shortly. All in all, a whole new site that has gotten results - the number of online bookings for junk removal has increased dramatically.
